About
I started Dia Jackson Consulting after two decades of leading market research and consumer insights work at companies that don't tolerate guesswork. My career spans Procter & Gamble, Coty Inc., Curio Wellness, and American Family Insurance.
Across all of it, the through-line was the same: get close to the consumer, be rigorous about methodology, and translate findings into decisions that actually change the business.
What I do now is bring that kind of senior research capability to companies that need it but aren't in a position to hire a full-time team. I work on a project or retainer basis, and I specialize in the consumers most research still gets wrong: multicultural audiences, Hispanic consumers, and Gen Z.
